Introduction?

North Carolina has more than 200 offices, as well as several mobile stations that serve rural areas. Not all offices perform all services and during COVID-19 not all locations are open. Review the updated map before going to an office to be sure it is open and to verify services.

Mobile units are located in the following counties:

  • Beaufort at the Municipal Building in Belhaven on the first Monday
  • Bertie behind the Municipal Building in Windsor on the 4th Tuesday and Wednesday
  • Brunswick at 215 N. Atlantic Ave in Southport on the second consecutive Tuesday and Wednesday
  • Clay at the City-County Social Services lot in Hayesville on Wednesdays
  • Currituck at the Old Currituck Courthouse on the Thursday of the first week of the month
  • Gates at the Community Center on the 2nd Tuesday
  • Graham at the Graham County Social Services lot on Tuesdays
  • Creedmoor at the S. Granville Senior Center on the 4th Thursday and Friday
  • Green at the County office complex in Snow Hill on the 3rd consecutive Thursday and Friday
  • Halifax at the community center in Scotland Neck on the 4th Thursday
  • Moore beside the police station in Robbins on the 3rd Mon and Tuesday
  • Northampton at 305 N. Church St. in Jackson on the 2nd Monday
  • Pamlico at the County Health Department in Bayboro on the 3rd Wednesday
  • Perquimans at 114 Grub St. in Hertford on the 2nd Wednesday
  • Pitt at the Municipal Building in Farmville on the 4th consecutive Thursday and Friday
  • Polk in front of the post office in Columbus on Thursdays
  • Robeson County at the police station in Saint Paul’s on the 3rd Wednesday and Thursday, behind the police department in Red Springs on the 1st and 4th Mondays, and behind the fire department in Fairmont on the second consecutive Thursday and Friday
  • Tyrrell County, at the Municipal Building in Columbia on the 2nd Thursday
  • Washington County at the Port O’ Plymouth Museum on the 3rd and 4th Fridays
