What Are the Basics?
When you move within the state of Pennsylvania or into Pennsylvania from out of state you must notify Pennsylvania DMV to change your address on your driver’s license and registration. If you are moving to another state from Pennsylvania, you will contact the DMV in that state and mail your plates back to Pennsylvania when you receive new ones.
How Do I Change My Address If I Am Moving Within Pennsylvania?
You can change your address on both your driver’s license and registration online. You will need to have your Zip code, driver’s license number, Social Security number, new address, and email address for confirmation.
